The customer wanted to create a calm and relaxing garden in which he and his wife could sit out and enjoy. The garden had not been touched for several years and was in a state of neglect. The design had to include a new patio, a water feature, lawn and a shed.

The Approach

After consultation with the customer to discuss their requirements and ideas, a detailed site survey was undertaken to ascertain the garden levels, dimensions, and soil conditions

A scaled design was created outlining the new garden and detailing the materials being used, a meeting was arranged to present design to the customer and walk through the new garden layout.

The Construction

On the plan was agreed, the hard landscaping started with the clearance of the site and the installation of the water feature, paving and a new pergola to provide shade on warm days.

The Outcome

The final stage was the soft landscaping bringing the whole garden together.
