Decking Water Feature Design

One of the many advantages of the use of decking in a water feature design is the ability to use the timber to overlap the edges of the water, thus providing a platform from which to feed and view the fish from. Additionally the same timber can be used to construct a jetty or a seating area.

However the use of decking is not limited only to the creation of large features but can also be used to frame small still ponds whose darkness contrasts beautifully against the warmth of the wood, or to create pathways or bridges over water features.
