Designs for planning permission
Designs for planning permission
In certain cases the local planning authority may require scaled and detailed plans of your landscape scheme showing position of hedges, trees, walls etc. If required this can be a prerequisite of getting planning approval.
We will conduct a site visit with yourself and ask for copies of any architects plans and surveys that you have had completed. With this information we will discuss with you your requirements for the landscape scheme.
We can then proceed to the creation of scaled landscape plans which will detail all relevant information required to get planning approval.
Before finalising the design, we will have a midway meeting to discuss the proposed ideas and show a concept scheme. This will allow the opportunity to make any amendments before the final plan is completed.
Both a hard copy and an electronic version of the plan will be provided to you.
Prices from £555.00
