Concept development

This is a midway meeting with yourself and the designer before finalising the plans. We will produce concept drawings in pencil and to scale showing the proposed layout of the borders, terrace, features, paths etc. The concept drawing which also give options of any hard landscaping materials to be used.

At this stage if you wish to make any changes this is the perfect opportunity before the plans are finalised.
